Some have already predicted a collapse of the ” real estate bubble ” 10 years ago.Demand remains strong; construction activity continues unabated.

The same situation is evident in other major cities. It is fair to say that, generally speaking, the real estate market in the Philippines is a buyer’s market. The supply of affordable condos and houses is indeed huge. So are the numerous different financing models. New houses can often be purchased with very little equity.

However, if you should decide  to buy a plot of land or a condominium in preferred locations in the big city or near the beach, you have to be prepared to “dig a little bit deeper into your pockets”.
